We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you can easily do it through our online returns portal.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

With original packaging, tags, and accessories

Packed securely to avoid damage during shipping
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
💸 Return & Exchange Costs

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns or exchanges, a $12 return fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

You can easily track the status of your return shipment through USPS.

Once your return is shipped, simply enter the tracking number from your USPS return label to follow the progress of your package until it arrives at our warehouse.
🔄 How Exchanges Work
If you would like a different item:

Return your original item ($12 return fee applies).

Follow the exchange instructions provided by our customer service team.
Once your return is processed, we will help you complete the exchange.
💳 How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are processed within 48–72 business hours
Depending on your payment method, it may take:

7–10 business days for debit cards

Up to 30 business days for credit cards
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $12 return fee if applicable.
