Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange or return an item, you can easily do it through our online returns portal.

⏱️ Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

⭐ What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In the same condition you received it

  • With original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Packed securely to avoid damage during shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

💸 Return & Exchange Costs

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns and exchanges, a $12 return fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

📦 How to Exchange or Return an Item

  1. Go to our returns portal to make the request  → CLICK HERE

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  3. Print and attach the prepaid return label you received by email

  4. Ship the package through USPS:

You can easily track the status of your return shipment through USPS.

Once your return is shipped, simply enter the tracking number from your USPS return label to follow the progress of your package until it arrives at our warehouse.

🔄 How Exchanges Work

If you requested a exchange:

  1. After you've completed the previous steps and your original item has been received at our warehouse, we'll process the $12 exchange fee. We'll deduct it from your return balance if available; otherwise, we'll email you a payment request.

  2. The new item will be shipped as quickly as possible and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. 

💳 How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 48–72 business hours

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take: 

    • 7–10 business days for debit cards

    • Up to 30 business days for credit cards

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $12 return fee if applicable.
