📬 Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address information, delivery refusal, or failure to schedule redelivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

📦 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact us.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:
